Consistent product quality across locations
Revolutionizing B2B food logistics through technology-driven systems and seamless supply chain management
Our StoryFood businesses don't struggle because of food.
They struggle when the systems around food don't keep up.
At Sedna, products come first. The quality of what goes into a kitchen—and what comes out of it—defines the business. But delivering consistent products at scale requires more than good sourcing or skilled teams. It requires dependable systems working quietly in the background.
Sedna is a product-led food business built to support growing kitchens with consistency and confidence. We develop, source, and supply food products designed for reliability at scale—while building the supply, planning, and operational systems needed to support them.
As food businesses grow, familiar challenges begin to surface: uneven quality, excess inventory, rising input costs, operational bottlenecks, and pressure on margins. These aren’t product problems alone—they’re execution problems. Sedna was built to solve that gap between product intent and operational reality.
We support our products with tightly connected supply systems that bring structure to how food businesses plan, buy, produce, store, and move goods. By enabling clear decision-making around what to buy, when to buy, how much to buy, and at what cost, Sedna helps teams move from reactive operations to planned, repeatable execution.
Behind the scenes, our capabilities span food production, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and operational intelligence—each designed to strengthen product delivery rather than distract from it. The result is a smoother operating rhythm that protects quality while allowing businesses to grow.
We support food businesses—by ensuring the products are dependable, and the systems behind them are ready to scale.
Sedna was founded by entrepreneurs with deep experience in building, scaling, and transforming B2B platforms. Their earlier ventures have included supply chain networks with nationwide reach, in-house technology, multi-city warehousing, and large-scale operational teams.
This experience in execution, customer acquisition, and M&A forms the foundation of Sedna's strategy today—combining operational discipline with data-driven decision-making and a long-term vision for consolidation in HoReCa supply.
Supported by a strong second line of industry specialists, Sedna is committed to building one of India's largest and most dependable B2B platforms for the food service sector.

Sedna’s technology products are built in-house on a unified platform purpose-designed for food and hospitality supply chains. Every product — from food cost control to warehouse management to 3PL client visibility — runs on a common foundation, with one team, one data architecture, and one upgrade cycle across the group.
Every Rupee of Food Cost. Accounted For.
Supply Note is Sedna’s flagship SaaS platform for multi-outlet F&B and HoReCa operators, where as transaction value of 120+Cr across 2500 outlets flows through the platform every month.
It’s Food Data Management platform that brings procurement, inventory, recipe costing, supplier management, and POS integration into a single, mobile-first interface — giving outlet managers, procurement teams, and finance leads a shared, real-time view of food cost across every location.
Deep integration with B2B HoReCa marketplaces like Hyperpure brings an unprecedented advantage to brands for seamless procurement and inventory operations across multiple outlets with centralized planning and controls.
The platform is being rebuilt from the ground up — multi-tenant by architecture, mobile-first by design, and AI-native in its data layer — engineered to serve the next order of scale without compromise.
Warehouse Operations at HoReCa Precision.
Mercury is Sedna’s warehouse management system, built for the specific demands of food-grade storage — multi-temperature zones, batch and expiry tracking, inward QC, FEFO-enforced dispatch, and bulk breaking: the ability to receive full cases and dispatch in pieces or units as per each outlet’s specific requirement.
It runs Sedna’s own 3PL and 4PL warehouse network and is available to clients managing their own facilities.
Alongside Mercury, Sedna is building a cataloguing and taxonomy standards layer for food distribution and 3PL/4PL operations — establishing consistent item identity and category structures across suppliers, warehouses, and client systems.
Visibility. Control. Alignment — Across the Supply Chain.
Supply Link is a lite version of Supply Note built for 3PL and 4PL operators.
It gives logistics businesses and the brands they serve seamless visibility, operational control, and supply chain alignment in a single, mobile-first platform — replacing the calls, emails, and spreadsheets that currently fill the gaps between operators and their clients.
Brands that outgrow Supply Link expand into the full Supply Note suite without re-implementation.
From Transaction Data to Operating Intelligence.
Across Supply Note, Mercury, and Supply Link, Sedna’s analytics layer aggregates procurement spend, food cost variances, inventory positions, and OTIF performance into real-time dashboards designed for every role in the business.
Anonymised cross-client benchmarks give operators visibility into how their food costs and supplier terms compare to peers — a structural advantage that compounds with every new client on the platform.
One Foundation. Built for 10x Scale
